CNC embossing machine reduces total costs for smaller lots. Dies are recommended for larger lots to reduce the unit price per sheet.
If the click button shape is not available in TAKACHI's embossing attachment options, using dies is recommended.
TAKACHI's proprietary method ensures low-cost dies, even for small lots.
3 Reasons Behind Low Initial Costs
- 1. Inkjet printing can print with data only; print plates are not required.
- 2. The sheet is cut using a CNC cutting plotter; cutting die manufacturing costs are not required.
- 3. Click buttons (raised patterns) are processed with a CNC embossing machine - if you select from TAKACHI's embossing attachments, dies are not required.
