User information, as well as information of prospective users extracted from publicly available sources, including but not limited to (i) names, (ii) company names, (iii) personal information such as date of birth, and (iv) contact details, and (v) access records, will be used for the following purposes:

  3. 3. To detect unauthorized, suspicious, or prohibited access.

[2] DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

  5. 5. When information is requested by authorities, including but not limited to law enforcement, courts or other related entities, for the purposes of investigations or related activities.

[3] CORRECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If changes to the User personal information is required, but is unable to do so by his or herself online, an email will be required to be sent to TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure.

If no changes to the User personal information is performed by the User themselves, nor a request to change the personal information emailed to us, the User information will continue to be assumed and deemed as being correct and accurate.

[4] TERMINATION OF USE

If the User would like to terminate use of TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure login access and related services, but is unable to do so by his or herself online, an email will be required to be sent to TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure.

SUBJECT: REQUEST – TERMINATION

If the User does not / is unable to terminate their account online, and a request for termination has not been emailed to us, the User information will continue to be handled, and used, within the terms of this privacy policy, as well as the terms and agreement as acknowledged by the User when said personal information is provided for the purpose of, including but not limited to, receiving information and advertising, and contact by various means, such as emails and telephone.

All terminated User and related information will be kept as internal records, and used only for purposes listed out in this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, by TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure as required, and where applicable. User information will continue to be used as such, unless a Non-Disclosure of Personal Information email is received, stating the intention of the User to have their information (as internal records) to remain undisclosed.

[5] NON-DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If the User requires their personal information to be kept confidential and undisclosed, an email will be required to be sent to TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure.

Unless a request for a non-disclosure of personal information is received, the User information will be handled, and used, within the terms of this privacy policy, as well as the terms and agreement as acknowledged by the User when said personal information is provided for the purpose of, including but not limited to, receiving information and advertising, and contact by various means, such as emails and telephone.

[6] CANCELLATION OF USE

TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure Co. Ltd. may arbitrary, and without notification, cancel and blacklist User/s and related information in the following circumstances:

  1. 1. Suspicious access.
  2. 2. Suspicious or fraudulent information provided.
  3. 3. Theft, suspected theft, or high probability of theft of intellectual property and related data.
  4. 4. Actions resulting in, or leading to unjustified claims, breech of the Terms and Conditions, abusive behavior, and harassment, among others, as deemed as such by TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure.

Should the User and related information be cancelled and blacklisted, all relevant information will be kept as internal records, and may be used at will, for purposes listed out in this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, by TAKACHI Electronics Enclosure as required, and where applicable.
